Soda PDF 3D Reader is a program for viewing and creating PDF files. It allows for PDF files to be viewed like when browsing a real book, thanks to the 3D display technology that it incorporates. There are several actions that can be performed on PDFs using this reader, however some of them are not available for the free version.

First, you have to know that the installation process will take a while. That is because in order to activate many of the functions, you must provide an email address to receive a free activation key. You may not receive an email promptly, but you will eventually, patience is needed.

What is particularly interesting about this program is that its menu can be viewed in five different languages, documents can be viewed in 3D and snapshots can be taken of any areas of your choice. PDF files can be created out of Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other formats, and password protected PDF documents can be opened with this utility. You can choose to purchase features that will allow you to create PDF files out of 300 formats, convert PDFs, edit them, make annotations on them or use OCR technology so that scanned documents are transformed into digital documents.

The free version of the program performs basic operations that will come in handy to those involved in office work or to students, more features can be available in the purchased versions only.
